SWG log death question

I just have a quick question. I am staying with CfH, and as you may or may not know CfH is now playing SWG as well. Well we are hooked up and we can get on line fine and even play fine,but we loose connection from SWG anywhere from 5 mins. to 1 hour. Does anyone have a solution for this?This happens everytime we are on line.Thanks

does it lock up tracker or does it knock you out completely?

What ports is SWG using. They might need to open that port on the router for both computers. I know I had to do that for ventrillo and teamspeak 2. I think they are losing packets and getting dropped. Just my to cents. They are using a linkys router I know that it is a four port. so I think they just have to forward the ports and it willfix that problem.
