power usage

Is there a way to tell how much power a computer is using? I wanna know how much of the 350watts of juice my computer is using (once it done). This is what its gonna end up having.

4 - LED case fams (80mm)
1 - CD-ROM
1 - CD-RW
1 - 3.5 floppy
1 - Front mounted temp guage
1 - 60 gig HD
1 - mobo/cpu AMD XP1800+

I was wondering if I had a usable amount of free power in case I wanted to ad to it later.

im sure somehwere on teh boxes of the stuff ur buying it says how much watt's it uses at peak... Or if there is a volt to watt formula u could do maybe.

just get a 550 watt like mine, works like a dream and cost me 20 bucks (no name brands pwn all btw).

CfH, I have more stuff in my case than that (extra HD 5 case fans, Cathode tube) and mine is fine on a 350.

Man I had a chart in one of my mags that said, for the most part, how many watts each thing pulled, can't find it. I only have a 300 watt powersupply and I'm running a 2500 barton with 2 led case fans and a cold cathode, plus some other leds, 1 hd and 2 drives.

Scott you for got the one thing that eats up power bro. Is that Vid card I let you use. You will be fine at 350. The leds onle pull about 20 ma each. so no big deal on that. I think yo will be fine. If you want to up grade I will help you. It will taqke less then 5 mins to do. You just have to keep in mind that chip vid card are two of the biggest power users in your box. My 2 cents

Yeah, forgot about that card but like Tech said, he has more crap then I do w/ the same P/S. I think his vid card is a 128meg as well. Thx guys, thats what I wanted to know.
