Trouble getting into steam

Ok tried getting into servers but it goes to the preparrig to play cs box but it doesnt go through. Then im getting some box that says something about children not logged on and it asks if i want to retry ignore or cancel weird never done it before! Any help

now im getting box that says steam erroe server unavaulable right now, on all the servers hhaha what the heck man (this game is currently unavailable) is what it says

ok well atleast yall could dl off of steam i tried dling off of steam and it keeps messing up saying i have a fatal error and can not connect to any. and thats all it says any help
