am i being hacked?

ok guys....i keep getting a message from my norton antivirus that it has blocked an attack on my computer. This happens ALL THE FREAK'N TIME!!! I click on the message and it gives me the exact same IP every time. I've spoken to road runner customer support about this and they said that it was a RR IP and probably a RR customer then they said to email their security peeps. i did this a few days ago and this attack still keeps happening.

this is really starting to pi$$ me off!!!

Is there anything i can do to stop this bs?

So they should know exactly who is doing it and cut their service.
I'd keep bugging them and threatening to cut your service

Yep, what you do is find out who is the ISP for that IP, then email the list of attacks to that ISP and say that this person is attacking your PC. I used to do that all the time and it was effective.
