I just happened to be given a bunch of Star Wars figures (ok, they're toys...but I am putting them away for a couple years...) and I don't know who this guys is:

No problem.

I'm more of a Star Trek guy myself, but my best friend has always been big into Star Wars, and it kinda rubs off sometimes. :)
