this is the message i get when i run a test on my mic.. i have reinstalled my sound card drivers and still nothing... :( I hope someone has an idea of what i can do

Which version of DirectX are you running? Pretty sure DirectPlay is part of DirectX

I agree with Tech on this I belive it is as well try updateing to newest Direct X if current re-install it.

Ahhh it seems the problem is you are playing like apoc too much, hence you are doomed to have mic problems! :stick

Captain .. go to Start then Run and type DXDIAG .. This will bring up the DirectX Diagnostic window. Go to the Sound tab and see if it list any conflicts and then you can test direct sound and maybe it will give you some more info.

Dirge, Actually, its probably his ESP wallhack dll hook thats conflicting with his directsound dll file.

i get this now :( i reinstalled direct x 9.0 and that didnt help none.... i looked for that exe. file and could not find it.. somehow it has gotten deleted or somthing its not in add/remove prgrams like it said grrrr

i executed cs under my other exe and it still wouldnt work so its not that

Have you tried to download and install the latest Santa Cruz drivers?

Well Cap if you call tst for Dell you had better make sure and have time to kill not hard getting through just getting someone who speaks english clearly enough to where you can understand them.
