How do I get my console back?

C:\Sierra\Counter-Strike\cstrike.exe

I have this under my "Target" for my "Counter-Strik Properties", what else do I add to it so I can have a console?

if so there is some option in there to turn it on/off

Make your target read:

C:\Sierra\Counter-Strike\cstrike.exe -console
