Is this for a processor and motherboard only?

If so, why so much? You can purchase both of them brand new for cheaper.

This mobo is a good 1 and 3.06 is new and have a 3-year MFG. Warranty.....

Timbo is the only guy I know who trys to sell his old computer parts for MORE than he paid for them. And if that's not the case, then he just paid WAY too much for them to begin with...

if you guys find a 3.06 intel for 300.00 let me know... 3-year MFG. Warranty... on ome... this 3.06 intel is a new box.. new not use... 300.00. but the mobo is use like new.This mobo was 245.00 new. I have 2.5 intel for $700.00. this 2.5 is not lock. yes not lock. if you like too see let me. but I'm going to sell it on ebay. for 700.00
