Yes hopefully we will have a new 8 player map
I have looked around with limited success to find one,
they have a ton of 4 player maps.

here they are, just follow the readme files in each zip file...

here is how you install the maps, unzip the files to something like this

C:\Documents and Settings\Ernie.MERCY\My Documents\Command and Conquer Generals Data\Maps

it will then create a folder in the maps area under the name of the map like this

C:\Documents and Settings\Ernie.MERCY\My Documents\Command and Conquer Generals Data\Maps\Dreadly Sins

it has to create the folder for the game to recognize and run the map...
