Namco's Soul Calibur II will be released later this year - with an exclusive character for each console version. All versions will contain a new character called "Necrid", which was based on a character created by Todd McFarlane of Spawn fame:

The PS2 character is "Heihachi", of Tekken fame, and the XBox character is Todd McFarlane's "Spawn".
It has finally been confirmed that the secrest character for Gamecube is none other than The Legend Of Zelda's Link himself. How cool is that? Link's sword and shield should fit very nicely in SC's weapons-based gameplay. Screenies below...
