new adminmod

There is a new version of adminmod out that i will be applying shortly. The directory structure has changed a good bit, so you may experience some difficulties if everything does not go smooth. The worst thing that could happen is that we will have some broken plugins after the upgrade, but those will be slowly fixed. Thanks.

Yeah I'm with ya Conda I thught the tracers were cool
I was scared when Onji came around the corner with an Aug and lit my arse up with tracers, I was like Holy Balz. But, me no like tracers on the sniper or supressed weapons, kinda defeats the purpose.

yeah thats what sux, you can either have it on or off, cant limit it to certain guns, plus it gives people an unfair advantage because you can see where people are shooting you from very easy, and you can see where your teammates are shooting, so you can join in and shoot in that same direction, so its good and bad
