As some of you know, I've been on a weight loss journey for about a year and a half. It's been hard work and I still have about 15 pounds I'd like to shed, but I'm 5'8" and I was 320lbs when I started, and I weighed 178.7 when I left the gym yesterday. When I started out, I couldn't hardly walk to the bathroom, getting dressed was a chore, and I couldn't even think about a push-up. Now, I go to the gym 6 days a week, I've really gotten into weight lifting and running and I'm also about to run my first 5K race next month.

Just wanted to share

Well done Jayson, I did not realize just how much you'd gained and then lost. Kudos to you!! Getting hooked on the gym is probably one of the best things you could ever do man:)

I know you've got to be proud of what you've accomplished.
