I don't know about Lousiana but in Cali you both can be under 18 and they will hang the guy if the DA has a hard-on for those types of cases. Given the right circumstances, the guy can even be younger than the girl and STILL get hammered.

In Louisiana we have rules like no cousins and stuf like that but people being up to 2 years older can work unless you almost kill her during it then they just go all-out on ya.
