*.bmp to *.wad?

I downloaded the program wally, and even some Wad files to play with. The only problem is I dont know how to modify the wad files. Every time I select the wad to edit, it wants me to save it as a bmp. Also there are some bmp's that I want ot make wad's but again, I cant figure out the proper way in Wally to do it. I am sure there is a way, can anyone help me? LT.Dan

yea select wizard in the tool bar of wally ... then the HL Decal selection - should be the only one there ... then source image should come from your HD and browse to your .bmp file then hit ok

finally do file and save as and save the pldecal.wad into your cstrike folder.

thats it.

Thanks deadhorse, that is just what I needed. Those simple steps were just over my head. I have can now play around with tags and bother other players with my sprays. LT.DAN ps. thanks alot
