Anyone with gif. skills

Hey is there a idiot proof program somewhere that I can get to try to make a medium sized gif for my myspace page? I wanted to take a clip from the ironman movie. At the end of this vid the tank takes a low rent camper shot at our boy Ironman, which he in return pwns that hinney.

Jasco Paintshop pro, on the FTP man... has animation shop 3 with it.. this will allow you to create a Gif file.

had to extract the flv from youtube, then use an flv to avi converter, then use animation shop to crop, resize and save
