A judge who actually enjoys his work. Skim the first paragraph and pick it up about two paragraphs in. I mean, when the actual document by the judge includes "Defendant begins the descent into Alice's Wonderland by...", then you just KNOW it's gonna be good.

OK, it sounds like the Judge got a case of 2 idiot lawyers, that despite all his best efforts could not make heads or tails out of the situation.
