Jason and his wife are now the proud parents to a healthy 8 lbs, ??? ounces baby boy. Brody was born at 3:16pm today.

Parents are doing fine...I believe the nurses had to perform CPR on the daddy though! jk! LOL!

Thanks alot guys, I'm very excited about being a dad. I've already been a dad for the last 5 years, after getting involved with my wife when she already had a 4 year old. I managed to skip all the potty training, sleepless nights, crying baby on him, but I also missed most of the truly special moments and bonding time that I could have had. So the fact that I get a chance to do this with my own son, and work in more special moments with my wife's son, is very important to me.

Now that the sappy stuff is outta the way, here are the pics!

The delivery went smooth and without complication. She was induced at 6:30am yesterday, stayed pretty slow and unchanging until around 1:30pm, when they gave her some medicine which made her sleepy. She went to sleep and when they checked her at 2:45pm, she was ready to go. By the time they got the doctor in the room and all of the stuff they needed, which was at 3pm, she had already started. Brody was born 15 minutes later, healthy and without injury to my wife. He weighed 8 lbs 11 oz and was 21.5 inches long.
