RIP: William Buckley, Jr

William F. Buckley, Jr died this morning at the age of 82. He is considered the father of the modern conservative movement. More than anything, he brought new ideas at a time in America when it was needed.

George Will once said, "before there was Ronald Reagan there was Barry Goldwater, before there was Goldwater there was National Review, and before there was National Review there was William F. Buckley."

Thanks for your hard work Mr. Buckley. Rest in Peace.

My Grandfather introduced me to National Review, that alone probably has had the biggest impact and influence on my life. I'm grateful to both men, Rest in Peace.
