Question about WOW

My ole ladies kid is getting into WOW after seeing it at the last lan. He hit me up last night asking me to find and install something call "MG". He showed me a vid clip of some guy with awesome power with this MG. I'll blister a little kids ass for cheating, even if its someone elses. Is this MG some kind of hack?

Yeah, rook I found those too but it he's talking about an addon. And I can't find any add on or technique that is called MG.
