XP home service pack 2

My friend has XP home and I wanted to get Windows Defender on her comp for her. It says she needs Serv. Pack2 to run it. Is there a way I can update her comp without having to download through the internet.....remember she has sloth dial up. It took like 30+ mins to download windows defender. I couldn't imagine something bigger.

Just burn it to a cd or something for her.
