Stupidity gets me everytime

I have the newest ZoneAlarm for my firewall and it blocked a Win32 Generic host process, I think, so I can't view any internet stuff without turning off ZL. I tried to find it in ZL and allow it but it hasn't worked so far. I guess it's not allowing my computer to talk to my router since nothing works.

How can I fix this?

not sure .have u checked services?maybe those were blocked.

I turned off ZL to play some BF2 and forgot to turn it back on for a day or so.
After I turned it back on it seems fine, lets me surf the net and play BF2 fine so far.
