how do i setup outlook as my email?

i have a cox email addy that i want to use.

ahh...here you go:

If you have Outlook 2k3, open it up, click on tools, then email accounts, select add new account, hit next, then select pop3, then next. Here you will have six fields to fill out. The first set is your name and email address. Next, you have server information. You will put in your cox incoming and outgoing email servers. For your area they should be POP Server: pop.east.cox.net SMTP Server:smtp.east.cox.net. From there you will need to fill out the account name and password. Hit next and then finish and voila, you have set up your outlook email.
