Ok so I finally have the new rig together... with the correct proc this time. here are the specs:
ASUS A8N32-SLI Deluxe
AMD 64 X2 4800+
Corsair 3500PROLL (2gig)
2 XFX 7800GTX 512mb cards
4 WD raptor 10000 RPM SATA drives (RAID 0)
Plextor PX-716AL/SW
Sony DVD ROM
Sound Blaster X-FI fatal1ty edition
Enermax 620 watt PSU
Now... the problem is my 3DMark 2006 score is WAY off for this setup. 5435 is the best I've managed. They should be more like 7500 - 8000. At least that is what everyone else with similar setups is scoring. I've tried just about everthing i know. I've tweaked bios setting and verified mem settings. No change has had any real affect on the scroes. Anyone with any ideas? Like I said I've tried plenty, but I just don't know what else to do.
