SD cards (Flash Memory)

I have a friend that just bought a brand new Cannon high End Digital camera but wants a higher capacity SD flash memory card for it. It came with a 16 MB card ahich is a joke, so wants a 1 gig card. Has anyone had any experience with any or knows a good brand etc. Thanks.

i bought a kingston card for mine when i got it, been working great. Just make sure you get the right type of card for the camera, and your good.

PNY, SanDisk, and Kingston are all good - just tell 'em to get whatever is on sale. Tell him the SanDisk Ultra II's are by far the fastest, but usually the most expensive as well.

just make sure it is a fast one with a brand name.
i would go for the SanDisk Ultra .
