Steam Friends Beta

Looks like Valve is almost done redoing the Friends chat that was originally built into Steam. It won't work for you unless you following the instructions from the following link

Henk, you do do that a few different ways. If you are unfamiliar with command line, just find the shortcut that you use to open Steam.

Right click on that shortcut and go to properties. There is a box called Target and in the box it looks something like

"C:\Program Files\Steam\Steam.exe"

You can change it to look like "C:\Program Files\Steam\Steam.exe" -clientbeta steam3friends -beta steam3friends
