F.E.A.R Multiplayer Demo Released!

Man its like demo time here lately or something. You can tell they are getting ready for the Christmas shopping season.

The FEAR Multiplayer Demo was just released.


The 451mb download includes one DM and one CTF level, both featuring 16 player support.

The single player demo came out a month or so ago, I didnt get a chance to try it out, I heard it was just plain scary.

Anyone wanna try it tonight with me?

Well I'm sure it was a blast - however, I got home last night to find I had no internet connectivity. Went through a bunch of crap, called Customer Service & talked to a tech for 45 minutes. We tried everything from reset defaults to reinstalling the firmware but low and behold, the DAMN MODUM THAT THEY SENT ME 6 WEEKS AGO IS FREAKING BAD! AND I CAN'T GET A NEW ONE UNTIL MONDAY!!!! Damn it! Anyway, I guess I'll be spending 'quality time' with my honey do list this weekend.

I also got it up and running pretty late last night. I tried it out but I think I was connected to a crummy server. I would walk around fine but as soon as I came close to someone the game would freeze...and when it unfroze I'd be splattered on the wall. I only played for 10 minutes or so... just to get a feel for it.

I might give it a try later tonight. Hopefully with better results.
