Where are the burst of fire coming from behind the vehicles?

3 or 4 people plant c4 on the vehicle, and they set them off at just the right times

is there a way to make a game with no vehicle or team damage? thats the only way i can think of the c4 working and not blowing the crap out of the cars...btw, i just saw the video and ur link to the site so i registered.. =]
