Cannot connect Source after update

I have had 2 messages 1 was that the server was out of date, and also this screen shot when trying to connect.

I may be wrong but, maybe find and delete that file and see if the server gives you the right one. I have had no problem connecting tonight.

DOH!! Update hax. I just restarted steam and got an update. Could be the server having to be restarted.
One thing they fixed is if you start to attach the silencer and switch weapons, it cancels the action.
