Hey guys - what do I need my settings (rate, etc.) set for to play 1.6 on dialup?

Well I usually play with my rate depending on how bad the lag is at each server. Mine is set at 3400 for default, but I range around down to 2800 if I'm getting some lag in a server. That's the only thing I ever changed. Just make sure you set yourself up as dialup in the options on steam, might not be nessasary but what the heck.
