1.4 Dl

Just wondering if anyone could point me in the direction of a low wait area to download 1.4. Last time I had to wait like 15 hours in line before downloading even began. The major malfunction with that is I will lose my connection during the day when more people get on the net. So if anyone could show me a place where I could download 1.4 with little to no wait I would be much obliged. Oh yeah, it took like 4 hours just to download the last patch.

Dark, my download speed at nite when no normal humans are on is at best 5kb/s. During the day it's about 2.5kb/s, so I'm SURE Perm's rate is faster then that.
