OK guys - I'm running:
Athlon 1.4
768 RAM
Geforce 4 MX 420

Can I play HL2?

Also, if EKO is telling the truth, I'll be running the same RAm/VID card, but on a 2700+ soon...just to add that in.

Can I play it???

I just wanna make sure before I drop the forty bucks (w/ best buy discount) on it.

I think you woul dbe able to. You'll want to upgrade your video drivers, of course...but other than that...you should be fine.

It runs ok on my AMD 1800+ with a Geforce 3 Ti.... but only for Thirty seconds then it crashes....but it's really pretty good for those 30 seconds... T-9 hours until I get my hands on my new PC.

I'm running it on a AMD 2200+ XP with 1.5 gig of ram and a TI 4200 4X AGP 128 DDR ram and it runs fine for me, yes it takes a little time to load up between areas but, for most part it's sweet, I keep getting side tracked with picking up crap and throwing it.
