Early AM Random Post

This is a 4:48 AM post, from Noxious, man in south louisiana. Woooh.
I am sober, going through some insomnia, and really wishing I'd stop staring at the bed, and actually go try and sleep. Oh, and eating peanut butter, this early, not a good idea.

Ok, lost track of where I was for a sec.

I could play CS, i could play EQ, i could play Guild Wars. But , oddly enough, i am too tired to play any games. grrrr.

any ideas on how to stave off Insomnia? help would be greatly appreciated.

Wish I knew, also. Last week, I woke up at 2:25 and couldn't go back to sleep. What did I do? I watched a movie, then went to work. JOY!
