HL 2 Treasure Hunt

I didn't even know about this until I read this in the filefront news section of HL2. If you go to the Half Life 2 media page on http://www.half-life2.com/media.html, the 6th picture turns to the G-Man on mouse-over. When you click you are prompted for a username and password, type in 'nova' and 'prospekt'. If you view the source you'll find some ASCII art of Alyx and the directory path /secret/secondtest/whatsmyname.jpg. If you plug that into half-life2.com.

After that, if you type in Barnacle into the text box you get a very nice picture of Freeman being strangled by a Barnacle. The picture is very high res and quite aesthetically pleasing. Thanks to HalfLife2.net for the info.

Yeah there supposed to be a "test" for each preload. Think that was the second one.

Here is the 1st test:

Its cool how it was discovered. A group of people went on a tour of valve's offices. There was a whiteboard in there that had all kinds of misc scribbling on it. Valve knew that they would take a pic of it and post it online. Valve had written a username and password on the board coded in ROT13 and also a URL.

The URL was www.half-life2.com/secret/pwn3d.

Username: valve
Password: 437N452
