Yellowdog...no...you're thinking of Micheal Moore's new film...this isn't that. This movie has been around for several years.

I couldn't recommend a movie more. BE WARNED! This movie contains SEVERAL graphic scenes and shouldn't be viewed by anyone under the age of 21...I'm serious...

Yes, the curb scene...wow...I get goosebumps just thining about that...YOUCH!

under the age of 21? I saw tha when I was like 15, or maybe even younger. Only thing thats really bad is the language. I can't believe you haven't seen it until now. edward norton actually got buff for that movie, then he stopped working out. He did that in less then 6 months. But I agree with tech, its a very good movie.

oh come on now latech, i saw that when i was around 17 and I'm 20 now. I think its more based on your ability to comprehend violence due to bigotry. If you don't understand it or are not mature enough to deal with that serious of a subject then you shouldn't see it. That movie is definetely on my top ten list.

Sounds like one of those emotionally brutal movies you can only watch once.

Emotionally brutal, yeah. Only watch once? No...I'm going to have to watch this several times to get all of it...

Its one of those movies that deals with a rough topic yet is produced so well that you're able to watch it multiple times and enjoy it each time. Like everyone else said, its Edward Norton is just great, and whoever produced it did a great job as well.

lol you can not end your post on that yellow lol, it was a lot more then that.. well to me anyway. What they went thru really happened, maybe not family part, but the times they lived in. Its a very emotional movie, you get caught up in it really fast.. but the ending is very good.

Exactly my point. Yes, there was violence and yes a lot of cussing (I read that the "F" word is used 205 times or something)...but the thing about the movie is the reality of it. I mean, I realize that I am a very naive person when it comes to races and interactions between them, but this movie SHOCKED me that people could go to such extremes. The lessons learned by the characters in the movie were just as important as what happened to them as a result of their actions.
