Thinking about selling my XBoX...

I've been giving some thought into selling my XBoX...if someone is interested in buying it off of me, let me know. I have included:

1.) XBoX system w/ 2 controllers
2.) DVD kit w/ remote
3.) Lord of the Rings: Return of the King game
4.) Monopoly Party game

With regards to the XBoX. I want to sell everything that I have for XBoX because an extra controller or games will do me no good if I don't have the console. I was thinking this...

$100 - XBoX console including 1 controller
$20 - DVD playback kit with remote
$10 - Extra controller
$20 - Games: LOR:Return of King , Monopoly Party
-----
$150 TOTAL


I checked prices for new/used XBoX systems and packages and I think this is reasonable. Let me know what you think. I'll ttyl.
