W00t! Trombone playing time.....good week for it seeing how Harry Watters is going to be in town this week. And we get to play in the jazz band with him.

I was wondering, any of you LA guys heard of Harry Watters? Trombone player on the Army Blues band. He is originally from New Orleans.

Oh, and BTW, Henry - my tooth is not interfering w/ my Trombone playing - HOWEVER, I can't push the 42, I get some sympathetic vibrations that HURT (same thing that was happening in rehearsal the other night)...

Anyway, I can play just fine on the Yamaha :) So no Tuba for me :D

And DON'T FORGET TO PRINT THAT ARRANGEMENT - at least the score so we can read over it - I think it would sound nice...

BTW, here is Harry Watters' website http://www.harrywatters.com/

He is actually from Huntsville, Alabama but made his name in New Orleans.

Well. M@lachi and I just got through with a rehearsal. and then a late supper w/ Harry Watters - this guy rules...

BTW, Dirge, you have probably heard him before, because he lived in NOLA, and played w/ the Dukes of Dixieland for 4 years :) He has also performed with Al Hirt, Pete Fountain, Erich Kunzel, Shirley Jones, Peter Nero, Kevin Mahogany, Wycliffe Gordon, Joe Piscopo, Maureen McGovern, Bill Watrous, Carl Fontana, Jiggs Whiggam, Tom "Bones Malone" & James Moody

You'll notice in the second pic Max posted that there are two boons on the right side that roughly resemble MadMax and M@lachi. I knew these two were full of something but now I know it's all air so I should have nothing to worry about. hehehe :D

good pics Max.
