BC2 M-COM Activate/Deactivate Tip

Saw this tip on Bluesnews:

He tells them DICE will continue to release patches for the game, but that one thing they will not be patching is the tendency to accidentally pick up packs from dead players while trying to activate M-COM stations in rush mode. He does tip them off to a workaround, however, saying that the M-COM button can be held down before the prompt display, and the M-COM station will be activated (or deactivated) one you are in range.

I didn't realize that you could push the 'E' before getting to the M-COM, but this might help when you are trying to disarm and there are a bunch of kits piled up around it. Those of you playing the game will know what I'm talking about.

I will have to keep that in mind, its already caused me some frustration trying to get the job done when all I kept doing was picking up some other dudes freaking kit.

Got the game couple of days ago, I'm going to give it through the weekend before it becomes a paper weight. Maybe I just played BF2 too long and was expecting something else out of BC2, going to give it a little more time.

Ok well I'll give it a little longer, its growing on me. Seems like theres a lot of spawn and die moments in there. I've learned not to spawn close to the front and cowboy tactics don't work well

BS... Just a couple of suggestions.. 32 player servers are crazed... 20-24 player servers seem to have more room to move in and a better life expectancy. If your team is attacker and they all have sniper kits, leave the server. I was in one with you the other day and that team you were on sucked, big time!

Did you like the TBU BF2 server?? Search it in the browser, they have a bunch of members playing BC2...

As you progress you'll unlock better guns, ammo, and scopes then mix and match your kit to fit your weapon and style. I'd say at this moment most everyone you're shooting against has better gear across the board, no worries you'll get the good stuff soon.

Thank you for the M-COM tip, I have died several times because i picked up someone elses kit and stood like a deer in headlights trying to medic the enemy.
