Would you guys like to set up a little 8V8 scrim vs my BF1942 clan. I was thinking we could do wake or karkand and have a little fun. They have a server that can be locked down for a scrim. We can set up a date and time that will be good for all of us.
I am gonna post on their website and see if they are interested and if so...we got a scrim.
If we do decide to do this i could set up a strategy for the map. No real practice would be needed, we would just have to know our parts in the strat breakdown.

{YGD}, which is the clan, was really good in matches in bf1942 and i think will give us a good game...but it will surely give us a chance to really work as a squad to win.
If YGD doesnt wanna scrim I could set something up with the [52nd]. Those guys are hardcore though...sponsered and everything. I think we could own them though. I got faith in the MERC!

General help
The MGC Chatbox Evo is really easy to use
You can :

- Send chats : you just have to enter the text in the dedicated input field and then to validate it by pushing the return key ou by clicking on the OK button.
- Format the chats : once you un-collapse the chatbox formatting toolbar by clicking on the BBCode button, you have access to different formatting options for your chats. You can format a chat by selecting a part (or the totality) of it and then select one of the buttons/list. You can also add empty formatting tags by selecting nothing and clicking one of the buttons/menu thus allowing you to add the chat text afterwards between these tags.*
- Access to the different channels : you can have access to different channels restricted to only some usergroupds or for specifics use of the chatbox. The different channels are accessible from the buttons on the left of the chatbox.*
- Edit your chats (or others chats) : the edition of a chat can be done by a simple double-click on it.*
- Use specific commands : some commands can be accessible in the chatbox depending on the will of the administrator(s) of your forum. These commands let you execute specific actions of formatting, management, etc... You will herebelow the information on the command which are accessible to you. You must notice that you are not forced to use the command prefixes (/command_name) when you use them in the channel they are attached to (except in the general channel).*

Depending on the day and time I might could play. You all know I'm not great but and can push around in the tank some, and a little chopper piloting/gunning(Andy and someone else as the gunner would probably be best though). I play all the kits equally crappy so, if I'm a ground pounder I would probably Spec Ops or Medic. I really suck with the Supply gun though. Mondays and Wednesdays I have b-ball practice for my kids and it would have to be around 8:30ish EST. But if it's after Thanksgiving then I'll be laid off and shouldn't have a bedtime of 9PM like now. Throw out a couple of options to them and see what they say, kinda like the ladders work.

ok so i gotta tell our competition a date.
I am gonna go with friday dec 9th.
That gives us a couple weeks notice to get things set up. the map will be either karkand or wake. it will be 8v8 as well.
